I’ve spent the last 6 months getting everyone to 10. I focussed on getting everyone leveled up to level 9, ready for 10 and then left then for a long time. Once they were at level 9, I started on Toy Story. I then waited till everyone was ready then went to level 7. So Mickey and Friends were all leveled up to level 6. What I did when I realised I needed to get everyone leveled up was to get them all to the same level in the set. I’m almost at the point of leveling everyone up. I'm cool with missing most of the TC because a) Hiro is the only free character I don't have yet and b) I have 0 chance of getting LeFou anyway. It's the first time I've worked on the main storyline in 5 months. When they announced that Sleeping Beauty would be balanced with the new update, I started playing offline and started working exclusively on welcoming those characters and getting them leveled up as much as possible. Going by these priorities, I've gotten all of my Mickey & Friends, Toy Story, Cinderella, Pirates of the Caribbean, Monsters Inc, Wall-E and Tangled characters up to 10, except for Toy Alien (he's at 7 because his tokens are so hard to get) and the characters I haven't unlocked yet (Chip and Dale, Zurg, Bullseye, Mother Gothel). So I prioritize those character tokens.Ĭharacter families that haven't been rebalanced yet. I stockpile those chests and don't open them until there aren't any tokens in them. But some things I consider are:Ĭharacters announced to be rebalancing soon - I naturally always prioritize these characters.Ĭharacters that usually participate in Tower Challenges.Ĭharacters whose tokens appear in chests, especially gold and platinum chests. Having someone, anyone, cooking usually takes precedence over anything else. There are a few factors in deciding who to level up but my fundamental strategy has mostly been ABL - Always Be Leveling. I stopped working on the storyline after welcoming Rapunzel. Since last October, I've focused 100% on leveling up characters and participating in events. Before the "rebalancing," I only leveled up characters enough to do main storyline quests because a) I saved the magic and b) to avoid token conflicts.
